Dear students,
We’ll get right into it: As we approach the middle of the semester we ask you to help the Education Center. The ancient wisdom of Kabbalah is a gift that has been handed down for centuries and we believe it should be available to anyone, including those who might not be able to afford to pay for it. That’s why we use a “Pay What You Want" tuition fee. Now is the time we ask. If every person reading this gave $10, we could cover expenses for the semester within a few hours. That’s right, the price of a small meal is all we need. We rely mostly on volunteers but we still have servers, programs and staff to cover, which cost about $25 per student per semester. To protect our independence, we never receive donations from organizations, lobbies or political parties. We’re sustained by the generosity of students and people like you. If the Education Center is useful to you, please take one minute to keep it growing and help us make the Education Center available to all. Thank you.

Development of the Soul - Semester 1

The Fundamentals of Kabbalah Course uses a unique, dual approach to teaching that activates both the mind and the heart. It consists of two parts: lessons on key Kabbalistic articles that describe the work to rise from our world to spirituality, and a course showing us the evolution from the thought of creation down to our world. Kabbalah is a very practical study - why do we act the way we do? Why is the world experiencing so many crises today? Through these two complementary components, you are led into a very personal journey of discovery as you examine your response to the writings of the greatest Kabbalists of our time.

Fundamental Articles topics include:

  • Introduction to Kabbalah - What is (and is not) Kabbalah?
  • Who Are You? What Is Reality?

 Graduate Program

The on-going Graduate Course is a deep dive into Kabbalah. Class format will vary based on the topics being covered in Dr. Laitman's Daily Lesson and the desires of the students, but it will always be based on the authentic sources. Classes may delve into a Shamati article by Baal HaSulam, explore the Kabbalistic meaning of familiar stories from the Torah / Bible, study Pticha or provide a review of a recent lesson by Dr. Michael Laitman. The Graduate Program may also include workshops, where students are able to separate into small groups of 10 to discuss guided questions on topics relevant to the practical aspects of Kabbalah.
